Our Process:
1.Our process starts with a free phone estimate to learn more about your project, your expectations, and your desired investment for the renovation. You can call us directly, or fill out an online contact form, and we will contact you. We encourage you to have a basic idea of your style goals for the renovation before contacting us.
2. If you feel we are a good fit for your project after our initial phone conversation, you can invite us to visit your home, office, etc. Here, we will determine your expectations for the project, and the logistics of executing your remodel to come up with an estimate. If you feel that our estimate is within your budget, you can decide to move forward with our fee-based design service.
4. Once we have created a proposal, and arrived at a finalized design, we will prepare a contract for your remodel. A contract serves to detail the design and scope of your project. This includes the specific details for the renovation, the materials being used, and the total cost of the project, including labor. It will also state your expectations for the project, as well as ours.
5.The project will begin when a 10% deposit is made, and all materials have been delivered to the project site. On the determined start date, the project manager and foreman assigned to your renovation will arrive with the proper staffing, tools, and supplies to begin. The project manager will be available by phone during regular business hours to answer any questions you may have. Your assigned project foreman can easily help you to get in touch with them as well.
6.Nearing the conclusion of the project, we will ask you to review it to ensure we have exceeded your expectations. If there are any alterations, additions, or corrections you would like us to make, simply send a text or email to the project manager, and we will be sure to complete your requests before the final walk-through. After the final walk-through, when you are completely satisfied with our work, we would like to encourage you to leave us a review on Google, Facebook, Rateabiz, etc. detailing your experience working with us.
